Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following booking terms before confirming your appointment.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are discussed and agreed upon in advance. The following details will be confirmed during the booking process:

Event date and schedule

Location of the service

Total number of people receiving makeup services

Agreed service fee

Any applicable travel and transportation costs

Additional services, such as a makeup trial
A non-refundable deposit of at least 15% of the total booking value is required to secure and confirm your reservation. No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If a makeup trial is scheduled, the trial fee may also be paid at the time of booking.
Changes to a Confirmed Booking
Any changes to a confirmed booking, including but not limited to the location, schedule, number of clients, services requested, or other agreed arrangements, should be communicated as soon as possible.
Changes made less than 14 days before the scheduled service date may incur a charge of at least 50% of the total booking value, depending on the nature of the changes and the resulting loss of reserved time.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 14 days before the booking date: Deposit remains non-refundable.

Between 14 and 7 days before the booking date: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

Less than 7 days before the booking date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Partial Cancellations
When a booking includes multiple clients and more than 50% of the originally confirmed services are cancelled, a fee of 50% of the total original booking value will still be charged. This policy reflects the reserved time and the inability to fill the cancelled appointment slots on short notice.
Travel & Additional Costs
Any agreed travel, transportation, parking, accommodation, toll, or other event-related expenses will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking. These costs may remain payable if cancellation occurs after arrangements have already been made.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the deposit and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Booking & Cancellation Terms.
